Two anonymous souls collapse in a hotel bedroom of Toronto...

The video, between restlessness and tiredness, exhibits loneliness and how people get lost in a world of mobility, where everything is yet perfectly marked. It features pictures from Toronto, a hotel room in Cologne and other spots from around the world. It also incorporates texts, people’s shadows and an ambient soundtrack.

This single channel production is coupled with another video called ‘The ordeal of scentless’. Both works narrate a week of holidays and investigate the meaning of travelling, physically and spiritually. They are intended for looped projections which don’t require the full attention of their viewers.
