I like the Gherkin’s architecture. But as an emblem of what London really is, very few can visit the interior. For the vast majority of us, this building is like empty. Giving its address is a non-sense, only spots from where you can appreciate this building from the outside are relevant. This is frequent for monuments that state their existence mostly out of their location. This paradox reflects a systemic vision of the world where objects classification based solely on their internal properties denature their real identity, and prevent any global understanding.
